Presented each year to an individual in Southern Tasmania who has made the most significant contribution to getting more people riding bicycles. Nominations are now open for the 2015 award. Cycling South has been acknowledged for its work through a number of awards.

The Bicycle Tasmania Clips Award acknowledges groups or organisatinos which have contributed to growth and acceptance of cycling in all its forms, throughout the Tasmanian community.

The National Bicycling Achievement Award is awarded annually by the Cycling Promotion Fund.

The Legends Award recognises outstanding achievements people who have been involved in cycling for a long time. It was introduced in 2004 but is not an annual award and is supplied by Linda and Tony Cook.
